Gordon Carl (Jr.) McInnis
Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in his 71st year. Beloved wife and best friend of 34 years to Nancy Wilson. Dear and loving father of Steven and Kate (Tyler). He is predeceased by his parents Gord (Sr.) and Pearl (Bunny) McInnis.
After graduating from Brock University, Gord joined his father at Lookout Point Country Club as the assistant pro. Upon Seniors retirement, Gord took over the reigns as Head Professional. Gord will be remembered for his tremendous sense of humour and an incredible imagination.
A big thanks to his doctors, the LHIN and the palliative home care team. A special recognition to his team of nurses; Colleen, Trina and Jocelyn.
We will miss our G and always remember,“The Swings the Thing”. Thank you - thank you very much.
At Gordon's request cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
