Lovingly remembered by so many! Family, extended family, friends and cherished colleges of many organizations.

Born Margaret Isabelle Thompson in 1943 in Hamilton, ON., she lived most of her life in Hagersville where, early in life, she met two registered nurses who influenced her love of Jesus Christ and nursing! Attending Niagara Christian Collegiate in Fort Erie, she nurtured her faith and found passion for education, nursing and her love of over 50 years, Roger Lewis Seburn. Her accomplishments were a great many! Obtaining her Doctorate in Nursing, becoming a professor and a multitude of volunteer positions with many organizations (Camp Khaquah, St. John's, Greifshare ) Her passion for Christ was evident in everything she did, her love of her Brethern In Christ family was shown through her teachings and all the activities she attended and served at.

She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren and always remembered for her strength, compassion, faith, empathy, love and her fantastic pies!

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and care team of the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Dunnville, ON for the care and compassion they provided. There are no words that can express the thanks the family has!

A private graveside service will take place at Fonthill Cemetery where Isabelle will be laid to rest next to her husband Lew. The family hopes to have a memorial at a later date that can be shared with all her family & friends.

Because Isy was involved with so many local charities, as an expression of sympathy, the family suggests any donations may be made to the charity of your choosing in Isabelle's name.
